How do guest's check-in if there's no reception desk?
We use an online check-in system called Canary. You should complete that a few days prior to your arrival.

What is the usual check in/out times?
Our usual check-in is 3pm and our usual check-out is 10am.

How do guests request an early check in or late checkout?
Straight through the Canary link sent a few days prior to the guest's arrival so we can make sure we have the cabin ready for you! The Early Check-In and Late Checkout will be based on availability.

What do guests need to do before checking in/out?
Before checking in we just need the completed Canary form filled out, we would appreciate it if you all could help our housekeeper and toss the trash in the dumpster at the end of the loop. Optional for extra credit: place all the towels in a center pile on one of the beds. Gather all the trash in one place, if not taken to the dumpster.

What's the latest date you can cancel the cabin by?
Thirty days prior to the reservation arrival date by 4pm. After that 50% is refunded if notified two weeks prior to arrival. If less than two weeks, non-refundable.

What should you do in case of an emergency?
Call 911 and give them the address of your specific cabin; which is sent when you check-in! You can also call the property host, Preetesh, after calling 911, so you get all the help you may need.

Is there wi-fi available?
Of course! We have fiber internet for each cabin and wifi network available at each cabin!

Are pets allowed?
Yes, but for a $50 fee per pet.

How many bedrooms/ bathrooms are in each cabin?
Log Cabin 2 Bedrooms 2 Full Bathrooms. The biggest Bedroom has a King Bed and the other has a Queen Bed.
Supreme Bear, Junior Cabin, Supreme Bubby Bear, Supreme Nu Bear, and Superior ADA all have 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The biggest Bedroom has a King Bed and the other has a Queen Bed.
Vineyard House has 3 Bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom and 1 Half bathroom.

Is there anything guests need to come prepared with?
We have everything you may need including sheets, blankets, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Things to bring are bug spray, groceries (no hunting Bambi onsite), and your favorite hiking shoes.

Do guests have access to a washer and dryer?
Yes, there's a set in each cabin!

Are any of the cabins handicapped?
Yes, we have one with a ramp and an accessible shower.

Are there any nearby places to eat?
Plenty! Places to eat include Miss Betty's, Pizza Hut, Bucky Bee's BBQ, Cracker Barrel, El Acapulco, and Cinco de Mayo.

Are there nearby attractions to visit?
The closest attraction is just 10 minutes down the road from the cabins! It's the biggest and longest cave system in the world, The Mammoth Cave. Another neat cave tour is Diamond Caverns (less than 5 minutes away). Other attractions include Bells Tavern, KY Action park, Dinosaur world, Dutch Country Safari park, KY Down Under adventure zoo, Treasure trove park, and Mammoth Valley park.
